Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) — controller disclosure
Under the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), this notice informs you about the processing of your personal data in connection with the Mindfull Pause service. 1. Data controller
The data controller under KVKK is the operator of the Mindfull Pause service.

Registered trade name, MERSIS, address, and representative details may be provided in writing or by secure electronic means where required by law or your request.
2. Categories of personal data
Depending on how you use the service, we may process:
- Identity: name, username.
- Contact: email address, notification preferences.
- Customer transaction: support records, complaints, request contents.
- Security: IP address, logs, device and OS information, session data.
- Usage: in-app interactions, preference and pause profiles (including aggregated statistics).
- Financial (if applicable): payment transaction summaries; card data is processed by payment providers.
3. Purposes of processing
- Providing and improving the Mindfull Pause service;
- Operating pause and delay rules you configure;
- Authentication, security, and prevention of misuse;
- Error detection, performance measurement, and analytics;
- Customer relations and support;
- Compliance with legal obligations and cooperation with authorities;
- Marketing and information activities where you have given consent.
4. Legal bases
Processing is based on KVKK Articles 5 and 6, including where applicable: processing expressly permitted by law; impossibility of obtaining consent; necessity for contract; legal obligation; data made public by the data subject; establishment, exercise, or protection of rights; legitimate interests that do not harm fundamental rights; or explicit consent.
5. Transfers
We may transfer personal data to domestic recipients or, subject to KVKK Article 9 safeguards, to foreign partners (e.g., cloud, analytics, notifications, payments) where necessary to provide the service. Technical and contractual measures are applied as appropriate.
6. Collection method
Data may be collected through the App, web interface, email, call center, or support channels, by fully or partially automated means or as part of a non-automated filing system.
7. Your rights under KVKK Article 11
You have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data are processed;
- Request information if processed;
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data are used accordingly;
- Know third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom data are transferred;
- Request correction if incomplete or inaccurate;
- Request deletion or destruction under KVKK Article 7 conditions;
- Request notification of correction/deletion/destruction to third parties to whom data were transferred;
- Object to adverse results from exclusively automated processing;
- Request compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
8. How to exercise your rights
Send your request to support@mindfullpause.app with information and documents reasonably necessary to verify your identity. We respond free of charge within at most thirty (30) days, unless a fee is permitted under the Personal Data Protection Board tariff for repetitive or high-cost requests.
Account deletion: To initiate deletion of your Mindfull Pause account and related personal data, email support@mindfullpause.app with subject “Mindfull Pause — account deletion request” (see also our Privacy Policy). For Ai Solutions corporate website accounts or data unrelated to the Mindfull Pause product, contact info@aisolutionstr.com with subject “Account deletion request — Ai Solutions”.
You may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board if you believe your rights were violated.
9. Security measures
We apply technical and administrative measures such as access controls, encryption where feasible, logging, backups, and staff awareness.
