Your privacy choices
This page explains how you can exercise privacy choices related to the Mindfull Pause product and related websites. It works together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Data protection notice (KVKK). Some choices are available inside the App when we ship those controls; until then, you can use the email channels below.
1. Quick actions
- General privacy questions: support@mindfullpause.app
- Ai Solutions corporate / main website (not Mindfull Pause product): info@aisolutionstr.com
- Account or data deletion: see Privacy Policy — Section “Account and data deletion”.
2. Marketing and newsletters
If you receive promotional emails from Mindfull Pause, you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by emailing support@mindfullpause.app with subject “Marketing opt-out”. Opting out of marketing does not stop important service, security, or transactional notices where we are permitted to send them.
Push notifications can usually be disabled in your device settings or in-app notification preferences (when available).
3. Analytics and product telemetry
We may use analytics and crash reporting to improve reliability. Where the App offers an analytics / diagnostics toggle, you can disable non-essential analytics there. If no toggle is available in your build, email support@mindfullpause.app with subject “Analytics preference” and describe your request; we will honor applicable rights subject to legal exceptions (e.g., security logs).
4. Cookies and similar technologies (web)
For our websites, you can control cookies through your browser settings (block third-party cookies, delete existing cookies, or use private browsing). Disabling certain cookies may limit functionality (e.g., staying signed in).
5. United States — “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (state privacy laws)
Certain US state laws (including California) give residents the right to opt out of the sale of personal information and/or the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, subject to definitions in those laws.
Mindfull Pause does not sell your personal information for money in the traditional sense of exchanging a customer list for cash. We may use advertising or analytics partners in the future; where required, we will provide opt-out mechanisms and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) or similar legally recognized signals on our websites when technically feasible.
To submit an opt-out request today, email support@mindfullpause.app with subject “US state privacy — opt out of sale/share” and include your state of residence if you wish. We may verify your request as permitted by law.
6. European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland — GDPR-style choices
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, data portability, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing). Submit requests to support@mindfullpause.app. You may also contact your local supervisory authority.
7. Turkey — KVKK-related choices
For rights under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK), including processing objections where applicable, see our Data protection notice and contact the addresses listed there.
8. Sensitive personal information
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data for Mindfull Pause beyond what is necessary for the product. If you believe sensitive data was submitted by mistake, email us to request deletion.
9. Authorized agents
Some US state laws allow you to designate an authorized agent to make privacy requests. Agents must provide proof of authorization and may be required to verify identity; we may deny fraudulent or unverified requests.
10. Non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights, except where permitted by law (for example, certain loyalty programs that require personal information to function).
11. Changes
We may update this page to reflect new laws, product controls, or partner practices. Check the “Last updated” date above.
